This is my first training event outside of NH training. Not saying I support the job knowledge test, I was just saying this whole thing of “here’s a bunch of stuff pushed to your iPad that you know nothing about….Learn it and show up in 4 weeks and pass the test” is similar to the BS I had to do with that job knowledge test.

Its all open book testing now too,,,

We were spoonfed in class, not firehosed, and ive never learned so little about an airplane I've flown. Is it possible you went through 4 or more years ago?

If you were prior airline you could have slept through class.

This is a very true statement.

When are new hires finding out what plane/bases are offered for their class?

While the hiring/training process has once again been streamlined, I don't believe we will have achieved maximum efficiency until the day we hire pilots in the airport food court and assign them a 4 day rotation beginning in 15 minutes on the other end of the terminal.
