So I'm going to 220 in 2 weeks. January LAX7ER. If these new hires are going to 7ER now, am I converted for purposes of pay or do I need someone junior to me same base too

Deliveries are at 34 ac this year, 32 in 2022. If hiring is so aggressive what are these dude going to fly? Unless there is a monster order ready to be announced with super fast deliveries..
