Easybid problem
 
I’m doing my bid early this month and tried to submit it last night. When I click on send bids, I get a message saying “ You have not cleared out all of your previous preferences. Delete all preferences before continuing.”

The only things showing under my current bids tab is:

Pairing Bid Group
Award Pairings
———————————————
Reserve Bid Group


I don’t have any preferences stored under any bid. Delete all, as well as all the other tabs on the right are grayed out except the add button, and when I click on add, nothing happens.

Has anyone faced this problem before? I’ve updated the easybid software so I don’t think I missed an update.

I can’t help you but, if you haven’t heard, Delta is not going to renew Sabre’s access to information....I don’t know when this takes effect.

I think that is the death knell for Easybid.

I think I did hear that. Maybe that is what’s going on. After 20+ years, I’ve finally got the perfect bid to submit, and nowhere to put it. Story of my life.

I’ve used Easybid since it came out until I got on the 330.....and then I used it periodically until Covid. Since then I just go thru open time and the bid package. It’s just not that big and I bid reserve a lot.
Within the first few months of it coming out it paid for itself for the rest of my career. I’m an Apple guy now and with four months, I canceled it.

I received the same message. I called the helpline. They are aware of the issue but had no solution as of yesterday morning (May 5th.)

What is the number?. I think I need to cancel my subscription. My aircraft only has a few destinations so bidding isn't gonna be all that hard.
