No specifics but debt reduction and fleet renewal are going to be the major cap-ex for the near term. (1-3 years)

United is buying 15 Boom jets and already has 787s. Us, not so much.

7 pilot categories= 220, 320, 330, 350, 73N, 7ER, 765

Overall the numbers look like what we want to see at this point in time. 2019 revenues by 2023 thanks to cost savings.

I wonder how much smaller we are domestically since June 2018? I bet mainline ASM's are way down and regional partner ASM's are neutral or up from 2018.

Probably not, there are fewer RJs flying now than before Covid. Don’t forget the CRJ200s are done after 2023.

What is interesting is 7 pilot categories , but 9 fleet families. This is assuming the 717 is gone as planned in ‘25.

I smell a small PS check next year..

What defines fleet family?
330 ceo and neo=2?
7ER= 757/767=2 more? That gets us to 9.
