Although I’m not sure how a single seat guy would have less than 1k TPIC but still have an unrestricted ATP? (Unless we’re not talking about going straight from AD to DAL).

I think he was referring more to the 1000 PIC in general. Many guys have been hired recently without that.

Valid, I guess I didn't frame it in the context of an AD guy. Decent amount of Gaurd fighter guys with unrestricted ATPs but less than 1000 TPIC. Either way, my point was that one should throw the app in as soon as they meet the actual mins...you never know.

I can also verify crazyjaydawg‘s numbers/analysis. Heard it directly from the mouth of a senior Flt Ops person who would know. In fact his number was even higher, but they know they can’t get to that number.
I only say this here to validate that hiring going forward will be massive for years to come. Good for everyone, except Regional recruiters. It’s probably why the new E9 CAP program is a 4.5 year path, so as not to bleed them dry.
