I agave to represent professionally here? Didn’t see that in the expectations. Last I checked this is a personal forum where people go to gain help and information on a personal level, sometimes going beyond that.

I will say that you “earn” you spot with a company once’s you’ve been hired. I will agree the system isn’t perfect as I have heard of AF test pilots being given a TBNT on the online assessment.

I have a friend over at AA pilot selection. They run the same before-the-interview-assessment that Delta has. He said they can determine with 95% reliability who will need extra sessions during training. If Delta runs a similar game the scoring of the assessment is added to your resume score to get you the pass or try again in 6 month email. They want to see if you will put the work in to learn the games. Just like studying.

You believe your friend when they spew complete and utter BS out of their mouth?

Why would you assume that I have insider information about American Airlines’ hiring?

I just have a healthy sense of skepticism, and that sounded like some grade A bull****.

When I was hired at AAL in 2014, we took all kinds of testing, which at the time, was only for "data collection." With the right data, it's probably not hard spot trends in who may require extra training.

I didn’t see a Covid test requirement in my interview invite email either. Wondering if they got rid of it.

I have it. And it’s in bold letters.

My email doesn’t have it either. Reread it four times now to check again.

EDIT - I see, the confirmation email, not the invite email.
