What is the approx cost for the top medical plan at Delta? Family of four, with little to no copays/deductible?

So the monthly cost of the top plan? Is that the best plan DALPA was able to negotiate?

I think it’s around $650/month for a family.
$350 Individual/$700 family deductible. Idk what the max out of pocket is. vision and dental extra. |
Our health insurance sucks here.

320 a month for the top company hsa hdhp plan
60 more for dental Ive never understood any benefits towards the dpmp, but w/e. |
I don't think our health insurance "sucks". I think it is like most everything these days: it has gotten more expensive and it is not serviced as well as it once was. Delta is self-insured and our plans are managed by UHC. It is expensive for the little things sometimes but if you get really sick it's very nice to not have to worry about getting treated. If you are part of the gold HSA they put over $2000/year into your HSA if you jump through a few hoops. That's not my definition of "sucks". YMMV

It's also important to understand that the deductibles and out-of-pocket for both in-network and out-of-network costs come out of the same buckets. Some folks have unusual treatment setups that this is a significant benefit. |
