I'm betting he gets a suspension and sensitivity training. ALPA gets the suspension overturned in the grievance process. The media has already forgotten about this and the twitter SJWs have moved onto their next victim. The pressure is off Delta to be woke on this issue and terminating a pilot is an extremely costly and time intensive endeavor.

I know it’s crap. I thought it was a funny “heard it from a friend who, heard it from a friend who” moment and back on topic at least.

Edit: Not saying the act itself is funny in any way.
