Looks like December was the highest GS/IA count for December in history, and 4th overall highest month...in December....

It feels like scheduling is running on reserves for some reason. Some of the most inept use of resources I've seen in awhile, COVID time included.

Wow and I couldn’t hold a single premium trip at 33 percent in my seat. Tried a bunch of times, but scheduling wouldn’t answer phone until after trips were covered. First December in years I couldn’t get a GS or IA.

Had a sick call a couple of weeks ago and trying to figure out how it will affect my ability to pick up a GS. I know that if I would not be legal for the GS if I was not sick, I go to the back of the list. This is a good policy that I support but if you find yourself in this situation where do you end up in the coverage sequence?

Behind all GS no matter what the number, after OOBGS, after IAs or all of the above.

MBCBP question:

Chatting with a buddy about where to put our PS. He mentioned not maxing 401k and waiting till the end of the year to max it to avoid how much cash goes into the MBCBP and optimize how much cash goes in hand. Does it actually work like this if you wanted to work around the MBCBP?
