Our CEO yesterday said that the airline is staffed properly for the summer and that the pilot picketing events are “nothing substantive “. Please remember this as you wear your backpacks this summer and please don’t furrow your brows in front of customers. I sure hope our management isn’t being kept up at night.

What a relief! Now I won’t feel any pressure to fly on my off days.

I know that we have just been through some of the most challenging economic times in Delta's history; however, the DC carriers can't even staff their airlines with pilots to provide service to our secondary cities. I've heard there is a secret agreement with the DCs that we will limit the number of pilots we hire from them. We are on the cusp of record profits and serious pricing power. The time is now, brothers and sisters, to demand an industry-leading contract that hasn't been seen in decades. This public service announcement was powered by Lite Beer by Miller.

I'm pretty sure they were implying something for the pilot group there. I'm no expert. Not all communication is direct in every circumstance, in my experience.

What's interesting about that comment is that nearly every person that utters it, is married. Not sure why people don't heed their own advice.

We are pilots; we are genetically disposed to being cheap, then wasting fabulous amounts of money on the three "F."

It's not a secret. At least Endeavor management has sent out an email stating that Delta is metering OTS hires to 5 a month.

OOfff brings up my number 1 pet peeve with these "non-PC jokes." THEY AREN'T FUNNY! It's hack material we have all heard since we were in middle school.

If you are going to tell offensive jokes, they at least need to be original.

If we were in person making these jokes he'd literally have to wait until the laughter died down to scream "hey, thats not funny."

I have absolutely no idea why the divorce rate is so high, none at all, especially not after 5 days with some prizes.

Said no dad ever as he drops the same pun variation on his kids continuously as they go from age 5 to 40.

I haven’t found anywhere in the handbook that I must stop at 40. Do you have a reference? Otherwise, my poor SOBs (the B is me, not my wife) are gonna suffer through bad jokes til I die.
