RosterBuster and LogTen
Apologies if this was recently discussed, but I understand RosterBuster is a no-go on the work iPads due to security concerns. However, does that also apply to personal iPads/iPhones (since apparently your apps get tracked otherwise)?
What are some other ways to import your schedule to LogTen without a Mac? Can you download it somehow “securely” to some file format, then upload to the app?
Sure would be nice to use all the features of LogTen….

Pilots took a huge L when Delta starting treating excellent tools like Rosterbuster and Sabre WidgetWorks as "security threats". Rosterbuster had excellent Google and iCal Calendar sync functionality and WidgetWorks had opentime time alerts. Delta IT strikes again

No idea from there but I’d guess whatever logbook program you use will have an import feature.

You can export an excel sheet of your flight history using the PAS functionality on delta net. If you need to go back beyond what PAS will spit out (years) you can contact aircrew records and supposedly they can dump your flight history into a file for you.

Ok thanks, but no way to import future flights? Only past?

It’s not cheap, but the makers of logbook pro have an app call Airline Pilots Daily Logbook (APDL). It is a highly comprehensive app that allows you to import future trips, calculates 117 issues, etc. You can import from a desktop (copy/paste) or there is a safari plugin where you can pull up your trip in icrew on your phone and the plug-in will process the page and immediately import the trip. It can then tie into your phones calendar. It relies on a yearly subscription model, but they run several sales throughout the year, probably one coming up for Memorial Day if you want to check it out.

The only one was Sabre (AKA Flightline Data Systems). They shut up shop and that was that.
If someone wanted to jump the hoops and pick up where they left off, there's probably an avenue to do that, but don't know if it's worth the hassle.
