Post CJO onboarding
 

I was lucky enough to receive a CJO last Tuesday (7/12) from delta. It’s been 8 days now and have not received any further emails besides the one telling me my interview was successful and complete. Emailed and called (left message) to pilot selection and has been 2 days of crickets. Just wondering if this has been an experience for anyone else?

I feel like there is a discussion about this very thing somewhere on this forum….

They are so backed up with CJOs. Just be careful, rumor has it that someone lost their CJO from emailing and calling excessively

Yes, everyone. Watch your email like a hawk, they will randomly send you stuff, even at night, and it will be due in 48 hours.

Yeah it takes a while with a lot of silence. It’s really hard to be patient, I know and remember the feeling. Unfortunately there’s nothing to do but wait it out!

You should get emails from a different email address than the Interview emails. It was from Delta Talent Acquisition.
