Get attorney. Have them file paperwork and go to court to get a writ of execution. You can then legally seize Delta assets as payment. Local sheriffs can then go to headquarters and seize office equipment/furniture/filtered water machines/maybe a paper tiger or two….. unless they pay up. Better yet, I think the seizure of a nice A350 an hour and a half before departure would be a great time for such activity.

Pay omissions are a right pain to keep track of. Out of several awards I've received from submitting contract violations through ACES for Unions app I have to manage and keep track of the pay award every single time. Right now I am using the ASK HR to get paid for a grievance from March that was awarded to me in June. I've still not been paid for it. The responses to my ASK HR form are incorrect, they didn't review the information I attached properly and so assumed it was for a different award that I had already been paid for.
It should not be this difficulty to make sure the company pays our contract violation awards correctly and even more basic than our regular line pay should not have to be audited by us every month.
Everybody needs to audit their pay check. The company is shorting us money, probably not intentionally, but it shouldn't be happening at all.
