If all pilots were allowed to vote, the 15% who returned a ballot would have a say. The vast majority( the other 85%) would feel they had their input when they elected their rep and just don't GAS. JMHO

Our new chairman did not want the strike vote to be taken and also stated recently that he believes in “proactive engagement “ with the company. In my opinion all 9 reps who voted for Hartmann deserve to be recalled. This is a huge step backwards, yet again, for ALPA. Expect a substandard TA in the near future.
