ha, another nugget that was in c16 that people thought was worthless. That’s the real challenge is figuring out the value of these type of QoL enhancers. It’s like having 2 more APD’s per year but they actually pay…vacation rate, but still.

Bingo! QOL enhancers like this hidden in soft pay is pretty huge. That's why I laugh at the folks staring at payrates yelling "Endeavor got a 50% raise!

If you received the extra days, make sure to use them as PB days before the end of march to maximize value.

That depends on how you view "value." Multiple other ways the provide "value," throughout the entire year, if cash isn't your only aim.

if you know a way to make the day worth more than a PB day I’m all ears. You still get to use the extra IVD instances with your other vac days.
