It's also why they get boarding pay...and profit sharing.....Mgmt loves to give them just enough to quell the uprising and keep AFA off property .

My point is that pilots should have nothing to do with their service, other than asking them to stop/delay for safety reasons.

Correct. I don't care what they do service wise, they can do 5 or 0 services during a flight. Makes no difference to me
