Can we use e-credits for FCFL tickets? When I go to purchase, the option doesn't come up.

I see where the website says to contact reservations😕

This is a problem since the rollout of the new travelnet. Even the reservations agents are unsure how to handle this. Not good. Supposedly they are "working on it" with no timetable.

You can call reservations. It's a major pain for them to apply the e credit because they have to build the ticket from scratch and manually adjust the fare.

Yes, it is possible. Yes it is a HUGE pain. You must call, on chat they can't do it. Expect issues. I have had the unfortunate experience of doing this multiple times because we amassed a large quantity of e-credits due to a cancelation fiasco we had to suffer through. If the e-credits are in multiple family memeber's name expect even more hassle.

YMMV, hopefully you have a better experience.
