I'm not sure the non-cons "traded" anything. Yes they got a pay raise, and their PS % was lowered. But that was done by the company. The non-cons had no say in it. It sounds like you meant to imply that they were willing participants in the trade.

Said TIC. I know they had no say but most I encounterd at the time were pretty giddy about the big raise. We tried to tell them the company paid for much of it with PS. Most refused to believe it. I guess they are seeing it now.

Are they seeing it already? I assumed most wouldn't register much until Valentine's Day.

Are we suppose to call CS or PSP during Mecca business hours to find out that there are no C+ seats to upgrade to on a transcon deadhead?

Call PSP. Either can do it but CS prefers you call PSP.
