However, when I go to Interline Travel, I don’t see my companion included with me and my remaining pass riders. Is there a process to add them or is Interline Travel something travel companions are ineligible to do? Thank you!
Are you talking about using Zed fares for them?

Companions might not be eligible, but parents and children are on most airlines (some, like KLM won't allow parents to use Zed fares but they are a stand-out. Almost everyone else allows it).

Not all airlines are enlightened enough to allow travel companions that aren't officially related by birth or marriage. You have to look at the specific details in the OAL index and then ID90 usually allows those in your brood who qualify for ZED's appear according to that airline's rules.

Be aware that if you have flown recently to Africa or some of our South American locations they will decline your donation

Default Reserve Contact

What qualifies as contact by the company for a reserve assignment?

Say you are on long call and the phone rings from scheduling but you don’t pick it up or they hang up before you can. Does that count? Does it change if they leave a message?

They will leave a message if you have voicemail. They will then go to your secondary number and do the same. Their obligation to contact you is done at that point.

That makes sense.

So let’s say they call but don’t leave a voicemail does that count? Assuming that voicemail is set up and working

No voicemail = not contacted.

Check out PWA 23 S.3.a. and 23 S.7.b for some more info
