You are correct with the 1000/1200 times but that assumes your non-fly day (not just x day) ends at midnight. The contract says it has to be on your schedule NLT 9 hrs prior to the end of the non fly day...important nuance when your non fly day ends at a weird time like a PR/PB day or coming off 30hrs of rest in the middle of a block of RES days.

Ok, another question.
The last two days of the trip I’ve been assigned on reserve are deadhead only legs. I want to deviate and get home two days early. Do I need to call crew scheduling after my last active leg or can I just do it through icrew and not worry about calling in the two hour window between my last active leg and my deviate DH leg.........from a foreign airport? I know you USED to have to call but don’t know the current guidance. Thanks,
Denny

Denny, Buck is correct. Set up your deviation in iCrew and then, before you actually deviate, call the 1-800-# and talk to R2D2. Lol. You don’t have to talk to a human. If you have a problem or can’t call, use pilot assist on iPad and they can take care of it. I’ve done it a few time ls from London etc. Have a good day!
When you call in to the the IVD say “Deviate Deadhead” its menu guided from there and you can get approved without speaking to scheduling.

Thanks guys! I decided to get it straight from CS so I called and.......
She said if I got it all set up thru Icrew, I did NOT need to call. She mentioned that there have been problems with international legs but I didn’t have any. I also got Crew Assist to get me a Delta One seat so I’m all set to go.......as long as my flight into ICN is on time. Good thing about that is I’m betting the plane is the same one we flew in. I’ve got 2 hours in ICN between arrival on last flying leg and DD flight. I will probably send dispatch a message approaching ICN and see if they will let CS know.

If your rest period ended at 1800 today (10 Jan), then the earliest they could have you report would be 0400 on the 11th (10 hrs after non fly day ended), if they placed it on your schedule NLT 0900 on the 10th (9 hr prior to the end of your non-fly day). If not on schedule by then, then earliest you could report would be 0600 on the 11th (12hrs after non fly day ended).
