It's so much easier to take down a pilot group by giving in here and there. There will be far more pilots who see that as a gesture of good faith versus pilots who say I'll take that and whatever else you got?
Pacify Atlanta? Not a bad idea if this ^^ is your philosophy.
just an observation, nothing more.
And I'm not a basketball fan but man, these finals have been guaranteed good every time. tied with < 3min to go.

Not a bad idea unless you are not an ATL pilot.

Then you get the trickle down displacements after the A330 displacements. This will drive you relatively more junior in this midwest base. Not good news for MSP types.
