Guys and gals quick question and didn't know where to post, already think i know the answer. Went to go book a JS to work today, and couldn't because a new hire is on an observation flight. Obviously the pilot needs to be in the seat, is there anything in regards to this outside the norm, to help a commuter get to work?

It was booked before your window opened nor were you bumped from a booking so you’re on your own. Keep an eye on the flight as sometimes their rotations change.

Another thing to keep in mind is watch the FA jumpseat, you can't reserve it but if it's open that could be an option.

This appears to be the official song of the new A320 category in LAX!

Sick call? Try it as a non-rev, miss it, and call scheduling for space positive on backup flight.

Default Missing link to reserve/vacation calendar

PS reminder for those recognizing the link to reserve/vacation calculator is missing from the bid package in Jan (my category at least).

Go to the Crew Resources and scheduling page -> PBS Help & Resources -> PBS reserve pay calculator (at the bottom).
