If this TA passes we have no leverage left. We are forever giving up:

OE trip drops.
ME too raises by including the profit sharing amount.
A pretty good sick leave policy for a terrible one.
A huge chunk of our PS.

Why do you say its not going to happen here? If all the company has to do is say "Take it or leave it - this is our last best offer." And we are to timid to ever challenge them, there is no telling what we give away.

The only difference is with zero leverage in 2018 we won't even come close to a whopping 5% annual raise.

Bender......saying something is 'not going to happen here'.....is deja vu all over again as the response when the suggestion was made the pilot pension was at risk for failure.

It was the stock answer from dalpa and dalpa drones.

All it would take is an 8% raise and the mec chair screaming about a PEB, and management threatening this is the last best offer.....and it will all happen here.

I can't worry about everything that MIGHT happen. Life's too short. I will vote on what is before me right now. C12 turned out a lot better than many on here said, and if this passes it probably will as well.
