Default Recall of council 108 reps has begun...

Two agenda items calling for consideration for the recall of council 108 ca rep/chairman, and secretary/treasurer have been submitted for the next LEC meeting on august 6th.

If you want to see an end to concessionary TA's being put to the pilot group for vote- and an end to "gotta learn to say yes", and "were the smartest guys in the room" syndrome, These reps must be replaced!!

Please get involved!

Attendance is key. Attend your lec meeting to get enough members for a quorum

How about a proxy vote? Any insight into the process?

Each pilot can bring 3 proxies which can be used for that motion only.
If over 50 percent vote for a recall, it will go to the pilots where you will have a basic vote net type vote.

For either party, the key will be attendance at the meeting. There are a lot of former Admin people in the CVG base and I would expect them to be well organized and each will be carrying 3 proxies.

Time for the average line pilot to put up or shut up with regards to representation and elections.

They will all be on flight pay loss.

If you can't attend get your proxy to someone who can.

This will be important for the non FPL types to get their vote counted. When the establishment tried to remove Ryan Schnitzler, they were blocked. It's important for everyone that knows about the process to communicate with those that don't as well. This will be important when all 11 recalls are in full swing.

The meeting is now August the 7th.

The chairman of council 108 failed to include the recall agenda in the meeting announcement.

All council 108 pilots who feel a change is needed are strongly encouraged to attend the LEC meeting August 7th.

He may be hoping there is a change of heart. Either way, notice needs to be given to the chairman 15 days in advance or more of the meeting.
