The gouge is the number should be announced at 1630 EST. They will have the number at DALPA HQ at 1401 EST. But, it will be withheld until the stock market closes. They should do an email blast and a post on the DALPA webpage. I bet we crash the server. So, get on the web page early. There will be guys in the tracks who will want to know. Voted "no" hour one, day one. Sadly, I'm thinking it'll pass, 54-46. And it'll be tough to find a "yes" voter afterwards, like always
