Coordination of Proxy Votes for the Delta Cou

Is anyone atyending the Coucil 54 meeting on 30 July? I am on a trip at that time but would like to send my proxy vote with someone attending.

Make sure to send it with someone you either know personally or trust shares the same voting view as yourself.

As Capt Crane put out today, "A member holding a proxy is not obligated to vote as directed by the originator of the proxy."
