My prediction for TA2
I believe that ALPA and the company will come at us with another bad TA. Could it be worse than TA1? Quite possibly. Will it be slightly better? Probably but by a small bit.
I believe RA has an ego to uphold and he believes that nobody backs him into a corner. He will come at us with something worse thinking we will be scared and vote it in. It's only when we vote the next POS down and watch as his training issues pile up and we start 2016 under our current PS program, sick leave program, better JV and scope that will he realize it's time to capitulate. It will take another NO vote and it will take time. My 2¢. YMMV but anyone who believes RA is ready to play ball and cough up more cash is silly. We have another battle before we win the war. |

Less profit sharing means you pay less tax, so that's not really a concession. RJ's saved our bacon in past contracts. JV's, have you seen VA flight attendants? Sick leave, real men don't get sick. No concessions. Take the money, TVM.
