Get this, the talk was also to put the 190 training department in lax but that was still a maybe that some had balked at internally. Everyone I know that has involvement or good knowledge of the plans has said the 190 would replace the 717 on the west coast and the 717s would return to NYC and east coast. Makes sense if you need better range out there but not necessarily the capacity of the current good range mainline jets while you need capacity on the east coast but not necessity range.
That was the plan for the first 20 airframes. The fifty GCAS aircraft would have seen some in the Eastern US. The west was the focus to self feed SEA.

Yet the SEA and LAX scope carve outs remained for TA15... Doesn't that seem a bit conflicting to you?

What 50 E190s, the only E190s e were ever going to get was the Air Canada ones, no? I mean, are you implying we were getting more E190s and better ones at that? I know I am implying that.
