E195 pay rate

Just curious, when it comes to answering the NH survey questions and TA2, how high are you prioritizing the increase of the E195 pay rate?

Again with the pay rates? Let's just say it should come up by the same 6-10% the other rates need to improve by on Jan 1,2016.

That isn't the reason the TA failed though so why do you ask?

Because it's my number one priority for TA2. I don't want my first upgrade to captain to be in something that pays less than the 717. Just curious how many other guys feel that this is number one.

Take the 717 rate and divide by number of seats... then apply that rate to the E195. After that then raise the rates in TA2 by the same amount. I will not vote yes for a B scale or any other concession in TA2.

So if UAL still has not pulled the trigger on this deal what was the reason for the accelerated 30 day TA voting window?

So a hypothetical 190 rate of $200/hr would be a B scale in your opinion if it paid less than the 717? Even though we already have 190 pay rates far, far less right this minute?

Not possible, we were assured on the forum the E190's were bought and coming no matter what!

No point, just curious where the math fell using your formula

C2012 -- $196 * (99/110=.9) = $177 (Actual $164.80)
RA15 --- $238.36 * .9 = 214.52 (Actual $200.13)

The rest of our pay rates do not chart per your formula. The 747 has three times the seating of the A319/737-700, three and a half times the 717 and almost 4 times the E190. Yet, nobody calls the 747 B Scale, even when it's 2011 rate was $174 an hour.
