E195 pay rate
Just curious, when it comes to answering the NH survey questions and TA2, how high are you prioritizing the increase of the E195 pay rate?

That isn't the reason the TA failed though so why do you ask? |

Again with the pay rates? Let's just say it should come up by the same 6-10% the other rates need to improve by on Jan 1,2016.

Take the 717 rate and divide by number of seats... then apply that rate to the E195. After that then raise the rates in TA2 by the same amount. I will not vote yes for a B scale or any other concession in TA2.

JG said in the SLC roadshow yesterday that the E-190's we were going to get were about to be bought by United. This article backs that statement up.
So if UAL still has not pulled the trigger on this deal what was the reason for the accelerated 30 day TA voting window? Scoop |

Tail C2012 -- $196 * (99/110=.9) = $177 (Actual $164.80) RA15 --- $238.36 * .9 = 214.52 (Actual $200.13) The rest of our pay rates do not chart per your formula. The 747 has three times the seating of the A319/737-700, three and a half times the 717 and almost 4 times the E190. Yet, nobody calls the 747 B Scale, even when it's 2011 rate was $174 an hour. |
