Default Profit Sharing Solved

I understand the perceived inequity of payouts between the pilot and other employee groups is a sticking point for the company in our negotiations. The problem is easily solved.

Become a Delta Pilot: Delta Pilot Application

We're hiring, it's easy, anyone can do it.

The perceived inequity in PS payouts between employee groups is the Companies self induced problem brought on by a fundamental lack of Corperate Integrity and overwhelming greed.

Not our Circus not our Monkeys.

ANY reduction in PS in any form is an automatic NO vote for me

How about gross revenue sharing instead of profit sharing? That way they can say they ended profit sharing for the pilots.

SD latest memo is still using the term "total compensation". Profit sharing minus paycuts and lost pension makes total compensation a huge negative number.

According to the JV sellout, errrrr, I mean settlement which was agree to and signed by our union P-E-B!!! Chairman at the time and the company, "Total Compensation" does not include profit sharing. You can't have it both ways: When the company wants to try and say we're getting compensated to a higher level than what our rates really are we just need to show the powers that be that the company by its own words doesn't consider PS to be part of Total Compensation.

[QUOTE=Sputnik;2135786]Pretty sure your feelings about the union have zero inpact on legality of job actions[/QUOTE

OK, pretty sure it wouldn't be an illegal job action. Figured most folks would be able to get my drift, guess I overestimated my audience. My bad.
