Kids First Class

I've heard by word of mouth that kids can't nonrev first class. I've looked through the nonrev guides on TravelNet and didn't run across anything. My flight is wide open and I would love to have my kids experience that. But, I also don't wanna engage in a faux pax or break a rule. Anybody care to shed some light on this? Thanks.

I think they have to be at least six years old (I only think that because travelnet told me). Don't know of any other restrictions.

It's 6, no restrictions at all.

IIRC, You have to be seated in the same class of service with them, as well.

Well if you make separate listings, at least one parent has to be with a child under 6 so you can split up and put one adult forward if your so inclined.

Thought it was 5 YO and over. Used to be 8 before the merger.

Thanks for the replies. I had heard 6 and 8. My kids are over both so good to go.

Is it wrong to take my kids free adult beverages? I kid.

It's 6 years or older to ride in first class. But yes, you can split up so one adult can separately ride in First.
