New Polling Needed?
 

In light of Captain Malone's latest letter delineating the $3.85 Billion to the shareholders, should be we asking for new polling online from all Delta pilots??





I know for me it was a game changer and my minimums went up a great deal.





If they have almost $4 Billion annually they have no use for, I believe a significant portion of that $4 Billion should be returned to the pilots.



Given this level of profitability, I think we need to address and include:



Some form of additional pension money



A 5:15 minimum day (we have none! And the flight attendants have 4:45 currently).



An increase in our vacation ask to 5:15 per day.



And the 22%/7%/7% as well as the 18% DC are not negotiable.
