A rep gets slammed for the awful crime of fighting for his pilot's wishes!....and you condone it! You are suspicious of any rep that would do something that silly.
You'd rather have your reps sell you out for a few bucks. It's all about the rates for you. Up until now, you played the "middle-of-the-road" role quite well. You just showed your true colors.

I'd rather fix crap in our contract like our bottom of the industry vacation, improve medical, and so on earlier on with full retro. Soft pay, less work due to higher vacation credit... that's what I want. The longer it draws out, the lower the chance of full retro. And yep, no PS changes.

I'm completely fine with that. No scope, SL, PS or JV concessions and a 20+% check in Feb. I will not vote for anything other than a great TA.

What? What's all this 'no' talk?
I just read that we have "excellent improvement" in the AIPs, according to dalpa volunteer, J Crane's communication to his council. Especially on 'gate way' issue.
Hmmm. Sick Lv is worth how much annually? And PShare is worth how much over and above the non contract lvl annually? If SL is the 'gate way' issue, what are they going to call the PShare issue? The 'garage door' issue? The 'golden gateway issue'? Can't wait to see his version of 'excellent improvement' there.
At least we can identify one salesman out of the bunch.

UPS was already far ahead of us in their contract when they began negotiations. That is a critical data point. Yeah, it averages out to base hits, but they were already a grand slam ahead of us when they started negotiations.
You talk about a mature contract.... THAT is a mature contract. Similar with FDX and slightly lesser so with WN.

This sounds like you are willing to settle for something just to get something.
