Allegiant Captains make more than Delta A320 and MD88 Captains per hour. They use to make about 30 percent less an hour...
When Allegiant gets their future contractual pay raises, the disparity will grow
Apologists....let that sink in.
It might get ugly if our day one pay rates don't come close to matching UPS rates when using the 767-300 as a baseline.
Congrats Allegiant!!

Next year it will surpass 737-900 rates by $2/hr. Thanks for raising the bar!

Yep I have a buddy that is an Allegiant Captain. Has had his app in with us for a long time. Guess what he just did...pulled his app. It will take him too long to recover from the pay haircut he would have to take to come to Delta. Not personal, just business.

Tell him to keep the app in. We are certain to get an industry leading contract. If he gets the call prior to that, then he can just no show. Our VP of Flight Ops has spoken, industry leading contract and no shows are not a problem.

So when you add in the 20 plus percent PS, 18% DC, 200% overtime they are better off? How do they compare when you use the companies current table position? The only surprise is that they are not better paid. After all relative to size aren't they the most profitable airline in the world?

Sailingfud and Tsquare strike again. A quick deal is better than a good deal, right, fud And Tsqaure? To heck with the guys with 25 or 30 years to live under the work rules you want to give away. You want more money and less time off NOW.
Fortunately, the pilot group will not allow it. The first "no" vote is the hardest. It will take an overwhelmingly industry-leading contract... Or the next "no" will be easy for the vast majority of us.
It is interesting how the old gang has re-emerged, trying their disingenuous (and thoroughly debunked) persuasion methods.
