DAL Class drops

*For you young timers and city folks, ‘milk can runs’ figuratively referred to going to pick up a milk can at every farmer’s road. After the morning milking and late afternoon milking you ran a truck and picked up the cans full of fresh milk. Made no sense to pick up a couple of cans at one farmer and take to the to the dairy. But if you stop every few minutes and pick up a couple here and a couple there, you got a full truckload of full milk cans and it was a profitable when you finally got to the dairy.

The 88 is a trusty old bird and I rarely have issues with the automation; no more so than other airliners I’ve previously flown.
The 90 on the other hand, well let’s just say she likes to check to see if you’re awake and paying attention.
I’ve been here a year and a half and I’m nearly at 40% relative seniority. I’ll gladly fly a goat for that.

Actually in Atlanta it is growing. They are consolidating all the airframes from NYC, CVG, and MSP down here. The Atlanta category will eventually contract but for now the plan seems to be to bring all the planes here. By the time the planes actually do start to be retired from ATL you should have enough seniority to make your next move.

Back to the topic at hand. Class drop, anyone?
