Have you been with every company in the aviation world?

Ladies and gentleman, there you have it. When Delta calls it an “entitlement” it’s apropos.

Are there any other company’s in the world that use AE as we do? No, maybe reinventing the wheel causes dumb.

We do certainly have some interesting 'isms. Such as using 'strategic' in basically every other document.

Northwest called them Advanced Position Entitlements. Good thing we merged with them instead of every other company in the world.

Question Internal Rec Score

When you get someone to write to the pilot recruiting letter to score your app, what is the next steps? Will you know when your app is scored? Will you know when they actually look at your doc? About how long from the email to the pilot group to the actual review? Thanks all

Within 30 days of the DAL pilot sending the email your application will be pulled and scored.

If you don’t hear anything after 12 months, the DAL pilot can submit another E-mail on your behalf requesting that your app be reviewed.

There is no guarantee of an interview using this method. It does however guarantee that your app is reviewed within 30 days of the employee emailing pilot selection on your behalf.

Good luck.

Edit: you will not know that they have looked at your application. You may hear nothing or you may get an invite to interview. The process is posted on DLNet. They will look at it sometime within the 30 days following the E-mail. Guaranteed.

Thanks for the response. I dont think my app is anything special but I am all out of tricks in my hat to potentially get a call. Nice to know they will look at it rather quick, in terms of airline applications go
Thank you again, crossing my fingers.

Keep updating your app regularly. If you don’t touch it, every 60 days it will drop from the system. Good luck

Also for everyone who is applying keep an eye out as we are supposed to be changing our application and hiring practices to some degree. No details yet but from a recent update it's coming.
