I'm save you checking APC. There will be no 320 to new hires until after the next AE closes at the earliest. If the last few were any indication, it'll be at LEAST another year, maybe two.

I hear ya! In addition to the people at the bottom waiting for more to come in underneath them.... there are those of us patiently waiting to change bases. Patience running low. And yes, I know I could be furloughed. But I'm not. I'd just like better opportunities to change bases.
