Can they do that yet? What if the NYC320 slots all get filled via AE?

I guess they've hedged their bets that the 'NYC' factor will overcome the '320' factor and there'll be unfilled slots?

I heard they have new hires just list their preferences. So while it could be a preference, CR could negate it and move to the next if there were no unfilled vacancies

That’s actually pretty smart of the company. Gives them flexibility to put the newest hires exactly where they want them ASAP after AE closeout.

They have been emailing the Indoc class a list of preferences a few weeks prior to Indoc, for about the last 5-6 classes.

Just sat through the Flight Ops brief in AMS today and BS mentioned that there would "more than likely be" MSP 717 and SEA A220 on the Nov/Dec AE. For what it's worth.

Also mentioned something about increasing hiring to 120 per month, but I hadn't slept yet and I'm not sure what month that started or when it ended, but I think I heard October through March. I was tired.
