Commutability has gone from 96% to 6% over the last 3 years. Oh yeah, and now the majority of trips are 1 or 2 days. Perfect for commuters.

It varies by fleet for junior pilots
- 4-leg days in the 717
- red eyes in the 737
However, most get off reserve in about 3 months.

7ER is still fairly commutable, but I'm still on reserve after 2 years.
