The wait between interview and start date doesn't really matter that much in terms of throughput. What does matter is how many they have in the classes, and how many classes per month. According to the 1/20 seniority list, they hired 163 between 10-1-19 and 1-1-20. <55/mo. In order to get to the 900 pilots they say they're going to hire by summer 2020, they'll need to have another 737 (coincidence?!?) pilots in class by April, or almost 250 per month.

Something tells me they're going to miss the mark by just a bit.

Anyone know how junior MSP is? Got a fix it email out of the blue after years of trying. Wife is a native and will never leave MN, so just curious if it is still as senior as it use to be , both FO and CA side?

Greetings all, new here and hoping for some help in best guesses on a timeline between submitting an application and hearing back for follow-up/interview etc. I know DAL is looking to hire a bunch of pilots per month for 2020, just curious what the average current estimated wait-time is. Appreciate the help.

The aircraft choices are included in a document attached to the email inviteing folks to a certain Indoc date.

People normally find out what they got about a week prior to indoc start.

If your app rates an interview by score it is placed in the pile by what the score is, not when it was scored so what you actually scored is the critical factor. There is a backlog of high score applications from last year so it's longer than normal right now if you aren't in that top tier.
