$36 a month and you need a letter from CPO stating your position with Delta, etc.

Parking office is on the 6th floor, west side, near door 604, I'm pretty sure. In the hallway as you walk from west to east. Just up the escalator from the freaky dead jaguar mural. CPSC will email you the letter. Just bring that and your ID and they'll get you what you need to park in the landside lot.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I was hoping for any updated gouge. How is commuting to junior bases near DEN?
|
I’m not delta, but I live in ATL and commute to DEN. Fairly painless with lots of direct mainline flights... latest usually go out around 10pm from ATL back to DEN. Plenty of options/airline variety.
Only issue I’ve had was when it gets hot here and flights get payload optimized.. agents bumped off 20 people and I got left behind a few weeks ago when it was 105 here. Afternoon storms love to pop up in Denver and screw with evening arrivals but I’ve only been based here during the hot months so not sure about commute issues in the winter. |
Denver is full. Go somewhere else.
Signed A 20 year Denver commuter (only partially TIC. Use the ALPA app to see how many DEN commuters there are. It’s eye opening, and lots of days feels like a dogfight) |

Just a couple years ago I commuted DEN-ATL.
It was not an easy commute. 1) There aren’t many options out of N Colorado/S Wyoming, and there aren’t many options out of COS...so everyone commutes out of Denver. So there are a lot of guys! 2) At the time it was mostly MDs, with only 1 sweaty jumpseat, and I ended up on the J/S a lot! 3) You lose 2 hours in time zone change going to work; so I don’t think I could take a check in before 10:30 and be legal with a backup flight. Then when you commute home after waking up at 0400 on the east coast, you are WIPED! loved living in CO; just didn’t like the commute |

Haha, Denver is good living. Doesn't surprise me to hear that!
It’s still great I’m sure for all the newbs moving in from the east/south/Midwest. But I finally had enough of the crowds and left last year. It’s really changed a lot in the past five years, more than the previous 20 IMO. Lots of rudeness, lots of traffic, lots of disrespect for the trails/mountains, etc. |
