VEBA coming back by LOA?
 

Anyone else hearing that the VEBA is returning by LOA without a chance to vote on it? I think the MEC and NC knew it was likely to kill any chance at a TA, so it was pulled.

Don't get me wrong, I like the concept of the VEBA, but the details must be nailed down BEFORE it makes it into our contract. I do not like the pass it first and we'll modify it later answer.
