Rather than sit back and call names or just plain be rude, perhaps you should look at the actual numbers before you make yourself look silly on a public forum. Here’s how it pans out, just using 2018 rates:
200.....OLD........NEW.....Raise....Percentage
FO1 | $25.78 | $50.16 | $24.38 | 94.57%
FO2 | $33.53 | $56.95 | $23.42 | 69.85%
FO3 | $36.55 | $60.01 | $23.46 | 64.19%
FO4 | $38.49 | $61.97 | $23.48 | 61.00%
CA1 | $60.70 | $84.40 | $23.70 | 39.04%
CA3 | $64.41 | $88.15 | $23.74 | 36.86%
CA5 | $68.31 | $92.09 | $23.78 | 34.81%
CA7 | $72.50 | $96.31 | $23.81 | 32.84%
C10 | $79.21 | $103.09 | $23.88 | 30.15%
C15 | $84.03 | $117.70 | $33.67 | 40.07%
900.....OLD........NEW.....Raise.....Percentage
FO1 | $25.78 | $50.16 | $24.38 | 94.57%
FO2 | $35.72 | $59.17 | $23.45 | 65.65%
FO3 | $38.17 | $61.65 | $23.48 | 61.51%
FO4 | $39.75 | $63.24 | $23.49 | 59.09%
CA1 | $64.98 | $88.72 | $23.74 | 36.53%
CA3 | $68.95 | $92.73 | $23.78 | 34.49%
CA5 | $73.14 | $96.96 | $23.82 | 32.57%
CA7 | $77.60 | $101.47 | $23.87 | 30.76%
C10 | $84.81 | $108.75 | $23.94 | 28.23%
C15 | $89.96 | $122.20 | $32.24 | 35.84%
As the numbers clearly show, new hires get the biggest percentage of raise. And CA1 vs CA15 is less than 1% difference between old and new rates.
So please, explain for me how you came up with the portion of your post I highlighted in bold:

What’s funny is that there are those that count our retention bonus as part of our normal income! It is a bonus which was going to expire. So our pay rates without the bonus is what you should look at because it is in the previous contract. The fact that there is enough demand for us to put the retention into pay rates is quite miraculous considering where most have come from previously. If our demand ever decreases at least they can’t change it so easily but the bonuses can be changed or canceled anytime.
So for now I think we as a pilot group got a descent deal with room for improvement later when demand dictates it.

yea, you should re-check your numbers...it's $30.60/$30.91 for first year FO compensation...I'm not going to bother checking the rest of your numbers...you obviously put some time into your post, but you are changing the numbers to make your argument seem more effective. Changing the numbers makes you a liar regardless of whatever reasonable argument you might have had.

Sorry, I guess my stored copy of the JCBA was old. Your numbers are for the wrong years, however; the DOS +4 amount is $30.60. Throwing that in the chart means $19.86 raise @ 65.54% increase. Hope you’re happier with that!

Why would you guys or your Union sign a 4 year contract?
Max 3 in this day and age.
Hell I wouldn't even think the company would be against that. They will have to bump this stuff up in 2 years anyway if they want any pilots.
4 years man guys it's almost like your union is working for the company

The main point behind my post was to quell the inaccuracy of the whining about how the senior guys were “making out like bandits at the expense of the junior guys”.
