Default TA2017 comparison to current, Envoy, Republic

Thought I'd put this where more people can see it. If there are any other airlines you'd like me to add, let me know it only takes a few minutes.

Great info! Could you add mainline Delta Crj-900 rates for comparison?

Am I the only one that thinks that would be completely irrelevant?

Nice one, just a little error there, if it matters. Envoy second year bonus is not 20k. Its four installments of $2500 through last quarter of 3rd year (unless upgraded). So its 10k for 2nd year, and 10k for 3rd year.

I was going to add this as well. If you could adjust the Envoy bonus to reflect that, it'd be much appreciated. Great spreadsheet!

Thanks for posting. Now if everyone could get 85-100 hrs of pay credit a month, 9E Captain pay(new) isn't too shabby at all, especially for someone over 50, living in domicile. I would rather do that(less money) than go to a ULCC and keep my flying benefits with DAL.

Why completely irrelevant? They are Delta's aircraft. Delta pilots have a Crj-900 pay scale.

I think that it is a great thing that the bonus is being put into a contractual pay scale (although I think it should have been at the 75 hour guaranteed level), so in the small picture way of looking it's good, but, in the big picture scale of things let's call this what it really is- a continuation of C-scale wages. We should never forget that.

If you want to use a different comparison with someone who is actually flying the same size aircraft, how about Jet Blue's E-190? What are most "regional" airlines at the 76-seat level nowadays really other than a ultra low cost carrier for mainline to use to compete against other low cost carriers? That's been my experience anyway. 80% of my flying was on routes that were competing against Southwest, Jet Blue and the like and/or helping out on routes of Delta code share partners against such competition.
