It changes, we're subbing 900s for deuce routes all the time and once the CBus hits the line it'll change again.

Plus there are a lot less routes out of MSP and DTW and many more out of NYC and some more out of ATL. We are mostly an East coast airline these days. Which is why our operation has been an absolute mess the last few days.

I'm mid seniority Captain on the 200. I'm above the credit push but far enough down that I can't get exactly what I want each month. I can easily get 15 days off a month, and sometimes 16 days off if I tweak my bid just right. But so far I have never been able to get more than 16 days off in a month without vacation no matter how I bid. Living in base wouldn't help either. I'm pretty sure 900 pilots can score 1 or 2 more days off than 200 pilots assuming same seniority, etc.

I'm bidding 48% as an fo. Last month I was awarded 18 days off. 17 this month. I haven't not been awarded what I bid as far as specific days off go since November of last year. My lowest award has been 14 off, my highest 21. If your in the credit push it's a different story. But once your out your days off will vary depending on how you bid and seniority.

Basically they give bottom line holders more credit to cover flying rather than make more line holders. What ends up happening is the people in the credit push get min days off and 90+ credit. you get all the scraps so its mostly un-commutable trips.
