Most junior FOs Lineholders/Base

As a service to those considering Endeavor I’ll try to keep updates of the most junior pilots per base as well as the junior line holder. These will be based on the monthly final category line reports. The most junior per base won’t be completely accurate because I’m not including any vacancy bid results, but it’ll be close enough.

Thanks for posting, this is helpful for those of us at Endeavor too, to see it all in one place.

To be a line holder captain at DTW i'd have to be there for 7 years?

It won’t be that long...there was nobody hired between 2011 and 2014, and at that very few hired in 2014. It could be one or two vacancies away from going to 2015 hires.

May 2011 hires are only 80 seniority numbers senior to May 2015 hires.

Possibly, though most captains in DTW (and MSP) are the lifers here that are likely to be here until age 65 so unless there is growth in these bases (not likely as things look today) then there will be precious little movement in these bases for the next 5 to 10 years waiting on the current captains to start being forced to retire.

Exactly. Almost all of the movement on the captain side in DTW will be on the reserve list. But who knows what the future holds. I suspect a fair bit of the DTW captains may leave for Spirit with their new contract and DTW base in addition to SSP repeats...

Reserve on 200 vs 900 NYC?

Trying to decide on 200 or 900 in NYC. Any news on how much reserve time I'd save by going 200 in NYC currently?
