You guys can have your long legs and meals every once and a while. To each their own.
I did well for myself on the 200, too; I'd never have had that opportunity on the 900. That said, it's all about luck, so it's possible that wouldn't be true for someone hired today.

I think the point here is do your research, but don't feel like the 900 is always a better option just because it's bigger or there are more of them. There are a lot more factors at play. In reality, it's the same seat and the same pay for a year anyway; I think you'd be quite happy on either one.

For NYC, the most senior guy in the new hire class in July 2018 just got a line for this month.

I believe it’s May 2018 for the 200. So 900 is more junior in nyc as measured by this one variable at this moment. More senior when measured by other variables...

Ok thanks, so hypothetically if I get a CJO for late 2019 I should expect to hold a line in about 9-10 months more or less at NYC after hired and upgrade to CA in about 2-3 years?

That could change. IF we have some kind of growth that’s being rumored you could hold a line in 3 months and end up having a quick upgrade. It can change so fast that it’s hard to predict.

Impossible to forecast this type of stuff that far out. 175 could be the junior aircraft by then for all we know
