Interview and FCC license question
I have a phone interview coming up, what should I expect from that. Also, will it be a problem that address on my FCC radio permit doesn't match my medical, and medical doesn't match my pilot certificate?

They'll just ask standard questions about your application. They'll wanna know where you worked, where you trained, your pilot license information, and how many hours you've flown in the last 12 months and what percentage is in Actual IFR conditions. If you're no longer working at a company they'll ask why you left as well. Nothing inquisitive or even remotely technical. As for your documentation, I wouldn't know however during the phone call you should ask that question. They won't need copies of anything until your actual face-to-face interview.

My FCC license is from an apartment I lived in 12 years ago, my pilot certificate was my old address in Florida and my mecial had an address in Dallas. Not a word was said about it. As long as you update your address with the FAA within 30 days of moving the address on the card itself is irrelevant.
Good luck!!
