Long time reader first time poster but in my opinion growth is a myth designed to keep people here and keep them coming through the door. As for all the people going to New York my guess is they are overstaffing in FOs while the getting is good in anticipation of people leaving to delta maybe through the DGI or people leaving because they realize it’s not worth waiting for. Get out while you can they will leave all the bread crumbs they can to keep you here and ultimately it’s a road to nowhere for the majority.

The fact the the DGI is suppose to be starting this month and no information or details have been given out yet is telling.

Compensation and work rules among regionals is still top notch here but career progression to Delta has never been a priority for management here and it continues to show.

As far as I know, Delta isn't interviewing right now and plans to resume soon. Until they resume, we don't interview either with DGI, so that's why they haven't said anything. Not anything to say. But Propel kids aren't subject to that restriction so that's fun.

Same with the SSP, you won't know what's up till the first few groups go through it.
