Training Obligations?

What are the obligations to the company for attending training? I am pretty sure that if one was to not finish training they incur the cost of the ATP-CTP. I am curious if there is something owed if you are to go through the rest of training and get the type rating but decided it was not the life for you after getting on the line?

Some airlines don't have an obligation, some do. What is Endeavor's policy?

You owe for the CTP only. 2400 ish pro rated at 1 year. No other obligations. You can leave the day after your type rating if you wanted to and only owe for CTP.

Correct. No repayment terms for the $10,000 bonus here. As our recruiting website says, no asterisk or fine print.
